No Change-of-Mind Returns
Skinhaus SA does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer want the product after delivery.
Please ensure that you carefully review product descriptions and specifications before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery;
- Defective or faulty;
- Not the product you ordered;
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, we may request:
- Your order number;
- Clear photographs of the product;
- Photographs of the packaging;
- A description of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, Skinhaus SA may, at its discretion and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, arrange:
- A replacement product;
- Repair of the product;
- A refund to the original payment method.
Warranty Claims
Products that develop a manufacturing fault during normal use may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable South African consumer legislation.
Damage resulting from:
- Accidental damage;
- Misuse;
- Abuse;
- Improper storage;
- Unauthorized modifications;
- Failure to follow product instructions;
will not qualify for a refund, replacement, or warranty claim.
Return Conditions
Where a return is approved, the product must be returned:
- With all original accessories;
- In its original packaging where reasonably possible;
- Without deliberate damage;
- In a hygienic condition suitable for inspection.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of:
- A defective product;
- A damaged product;
- An incorrect product supplied by Skinhaus SA.
Where a return is approved due to our error, Skinhaus SA will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
