Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door Courier Services.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered directly to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 8–11 business days from the date your order is processed and dispatched.

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, delivery times may vary depending on:

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas

Skinhaus SA currently delivers nationwide within South Africa through the Aramex Store-to-Door network.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Skinhaus SA will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with Aramex to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
